Julie has been a resident of the Ravinia neighborhood for 11 years and there has been a lot of great music making going on in the house on Broadview Avenue.

She has performed, directed, and accompanied for professional theatre and musical groups, colleges, and high schools in the Chicago area. Her private voice and piano students have gone on to study at NYU,  Ithaca, Sarah Lawrence, Boston College, Northwestern, De Paul, Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin, among others.  Julie has also workshopped as a performer and musician with Tony Award winners Jason Robert Brown and William Finn. Her theatre credits as an actor include dozens of productions in Chicago and throughout the midwest, as well as roles in tv and film. Presently as a musician Julie can be heard playing piano and singing at various venues and parties.  She is especially proud and grateful to be musical director and accompanist for Niles West's production of Title of Show, which was chosen to perform at the 2014 Illinois TheatreFest.
