Bringing Mindfulness and Meditation Into Daily Life with Arielle Sterling

During this event, Arielle will look at how to bring mindfulness and meditation into daily practice with an introduction to the concept of energetic hygiene. We will discuss what energetic hygiene is, why energetic hygiene is important, and provide practical tips on how you can proactively maintain your energy on a regular basis.  There will be a question and answer session if you would like to receive personalized feedback regarding your energy if time allows.
