Rare Tea Cellar commissioned a blend of first and second harvest green tea grown in Nishio, Japan to be stone ground into the perfect matcha powder. A favorite of many of the country’s top chefs, this high quality tea yields a vibrant bright green and naturally sweet infusion.

Weight: 1/4lb - Avg. 45 Cups / 1lb - Avg. 180 Cups

Quantity: 1 teaspoon (approx. 2.5 grams) per 6oz.

Water temperature: 180ºF

Brew tea directly water. Whisk well with Chasen (bamboo whisk) or stir rapidly with a kitchen whisk.

*For each additional infusion add 1 minute to brew time
